1. For one (1) month of delay, we send a simple reminder to the email and an SMS to the debtor's mobile phone
2. For two (2) months of delay, in addition to the simple reminder, we contact the debtor by phone to settle his debt and send a second reminder SMS
3. For three (3) months of delay, we inform the management committee and the collection of debts is undertaken by the legal department of Veritas
Certainly. Our mutual obligations will be detailed in a contract for assignment and work, which, once signed, will be filed with the relevant tax office.
